Only products ordered through the “Add-Tronique Terrebonne Inc.” website can be returned barring certain conditions.
Returns will NOT be accepted regarding the following items:
- fuses, semiconductors;
- lightbulbs, projector lamps,
- batteries;
- USD keys, SD cards and micro SD;
- internal or external drives;
- items that may retain data;
- headsets and hands-free headphones whose package has been opened and which is not faulty;
- all other sealed package that has been opened.
The reimbursement or exchange of a preauthorized item by our customer service is subject to the following conditions: the instruction manual must be included, the accessories and all other provided items by the manufacturer must be in its original and undamaged package. In case an article is missing, damaged or inadequate for resale, the reimbursement or exchange request will be denied and a notice will be sent to you by email
